Sarah has held various senior positions in the field of internet and high technology as a senior strategy consultant at Accenture. She has also served as the Head of M&A Department for the North Asia region at RaboBank, the Greater China Representative for Cowen and Company and KeyBanc Capital Markets. Throughout her career, she has been involved in and assisted in completing over $20 billion worth of private financing, cross-border M&A, and overseas listing projects.
Sarah possesses a deep understanding and insightful judgment in the fields of mobile internet ecosystem, software and enterprise services, technology, new consumption trends, and healthcare. She is familiar with the operations of domestic and international capital markets, and she has extensive resources and value contributions in assisting both domestic and foreign enterprises in formulating industry strategies, asset allocation, and capital fundraising.
Sarah holds a MBA degree from the Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom.

Ellen has been involved in and assisted multiple well-known Chinese technology companies in their US listing projects during her tenure at KeyBanc Capital Markets. She has hands-on experience in overseas IPO listings, public company transactions, and private financing. Prior to that, she served as the Financial Director at BISS International School. Ellen possesses a wealth of financial industry contacts and strong integration capabilities, as well as solid financial data analysis skills.
With a diverse background in industry knowledge, Ellen has an in-depth understanding and analytical experience in various sectors such as the mobile internet ecosystem, software and enterprise services, technology, new consumption trends, and healthcare.
Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management.

Aaron has worked as an analyst at BMW Group also as a strategy and management consultant at Accenture.
Aaron has extensive work experience in strategic planning, management consulting, and business development. He possesses solid industry background knowledge and insights in technology, new energy vehicles, new retail, and consumer goods sectors.
Aaron holds a bachelor degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Toronto in Canada. He is currently pursuing a finance MBA degree at Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance in China and Cornell University in the United States.

Andy has been providing professional legal and intellectual property services to listed and non-listed companies, high-end manufacturing entities, venture capital firms, research institutions, social organizations, renowned family businesses in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals in China.
He has extensive practical experience in areas such as corporate compliance, project risk management, transaction structuring, and the planning and implementation of intellectual property strategies.
Andy holds a dual bachelor's degree in Medical Science from Jinan University and Law from Peking University, as well as a master's degree in Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law. He is qualified as a lawyer and a patent agent in China.
